Prakash College very proudly congratulates two of our students Ms. Mona Gandhi and Mr. Priyesh Vakharia for their outstanding performance in MH CET 2018 exam.
While Ms. Mona Gandhi scored 189 in PCM and stood first in MH CET 2018 in girl’s PCM category, Priyesh Vakharia scored 191 marks in PCM and stood second in same exam in boy’s category.
Ms. Mona Gandhi during her interview told Times of India that she had expected around 190 marks. “I am now waiting for the JEE (Advanced) results to make a final decision. If I am to decide a college based on the MHT-CET score, then I will be happy to get a seat in VJTI. But, I will take the final call after the JEE results,” said Ms. Gandhi, who scored 189 in the test. Ms. Gandhi had scored 90.6% in HSC.
Indian Express mentioned Priyesh Vakharia in their news along with other toppers. When Asked Priyesh about his achievements, Priyesh said, “I was confident about my marks, but was surprised to see me stand second in Maharashtra. I thank my parents for all the support they rendered to me and I would like to pursue my career in computer science. I also want to sincerely thank all the teachers and staff members at Prakash College for being very helpful and co-operative. Without their support, I couldn’t have achieved such high rank.”
